Previous experience of working in street fashion is desirable, although not essential, however the ideal candidate must have a solid retail background and be trend and industry aware, creative and have a genuine love of the fashion/fetish industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in continuing to drive the business forward, making commercial decisions, achieving targets and translating the highest standards reflecting our brand, contributing to the expansion of both the Bleachers and CO. designed range and the expansion of supplier’s brands and vintage.
​The company is also an established brand on the gay fetish scene and regularly sponsors international events. Our vintage range is another area of strong growth and potential.
Due to extensive growth, we are now seeking a Web Sales Manager to join our creative and successful team to manage the web sales functions and that exceptional customer service is delivered consistently to all channels. This is a really extensive and varied role.
As an eCommerce manager, you will be a key player in our online sales process. You’ll develop strong working product knowledge and have an enthusiastic attitude to our industry, digital media, and presentation. You'll have a full handle on the online product cycle from inception to customer purchase, and be fully involved in the merchandising, presentation, and promotion of online product listings.
You'll liaise with the product team and eCommerce director to coordinate your work alongside planned campaigns. Using email marketing and social media, you’ll also help communicate current messages to our active customer base.
Some basic knowledge of gay male retail and fetish products would be advantageous. Personal curiosity about the customer journey and how people shop online will hold you in good stead.

The Daily
  • Writing and adapting product copy tailored to our customers. Continuously developing your product knowledge to produce effective copy.
  • Working closely with other team memebers to plan ongoing product release schedules and future promotional campaigns.
  • Enriching new product draft listings with information and images. Ensuring data is uploaded to our sales channels.
  • Producing weekly marketing emails that are sent directly to customers. 
  • Working with our social channels to post content that aligns with current campaigns. Encourage customer engagement with a focus on commercial success.
  • Feeding back any observations and trends to product managers in weekly team meetings.
  • Some international travel to sponsored events

eCommerce Assistant

The successful candidate will be the main support of the eCommerce manager and production keeping the highest standards reflecting our brand.
Bleachers and CO. is an exciting and young British brand for urban wear.  It takes its inspiration from iconic British fashion trends from the 60s, 70s and 80s, including re-interpretation of the working class skinhead look from the 60s (before it's highjacking by the far right) and the skinhead look of the 80s, as well as the punk look of the 70s.   Bleached clothing is very much in vogue.  Being worn by such diverse artists as Jake from Scissor Sisters and Eurasure on their latest tour. We have contributed to film, theatre and opera productions as well as collaborated on campaigns with brands such as DocMarteen’s.  The company is actively looking at expanding its range of clothing by using designs conceived by young talent as well as in house, in order to become one of the leading brands of cutting edge urban wear.  The company is also an established brand on the gay fetish scene and regularly sponsors international events. Our vintage range is another area of strong growth and potential.

  • Liaising with production to fulfil orders.
  • Trips to suppliers and the Post Office.
  • Working closely with other team members to plan ongoing product release schedules and prepare stock for future promotional campaigns.
  • Feeding back any observations and trends to other team members in weekly team meetings.
  • Some international travel to sponsored events.

Garment Technicians

Salary Generous pay per item produced. Generous staff discount. Full training provided

Location Home-working (own washing machine needed).

No previous experience required as full training provided. You will need a well ventilated space and a washing machine. This is an essential role as you will be responsible for bleaching and dyeing jeans, our main product.

We are looking for a photographers/ copywriters for our vintage shop. We will send you boxes of our vintage one off items and you will be responsible for taking good quality photos and upload items to our website. You will need your camera (good camera phone is good too) and lighting (good natural lighting is good too). Training provided. Good written English essential.
