Shop with confidence with us. First exchanges and returns are free of extra postal charges, so if you order the wrong size, we will exchange it at no extra charge! You will need to ship these back to us. Products will normally be dispatched by Royal Mail, Air Mail or Courier, according to your shipping selection.

Special orders and alterations are not exchangeable.

Bleachers and Co. Store reserves the right to substitute alternative equivalent postal providers/couriers where necessary.

Orders over £20 need to be signed for upon receipt.

Refunds Policy

You have 30 days from shipping of the order to return for a refund. Postage is not refundable. Items need to be returned in their original unused conditions.

Special orders and alterations are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@bleachers.co.uk and send your item to: Bleachers and Co., 22-25 Portman Close, London, W1H 6BS.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bleachers and Co., 22-25 Portman Close, London, W1H 6BS, UK.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
