By popular request, a pair of chaps made with our best selling vintage Levi’s jeans. These are modified Levi’s jeans with the front and back removed and the inside of the legs strengthened with hemmed denim for best fit. All pockets are still functional.

We use vintage Levis 501 jeans the shades of dark and light may vary within the same batch. Lighter patches due to previous wear may be present on some of the jeans, but quality and strength of the jeans is not affected as they are carefully hand selected one by one for faults and weaknesses at major stress points.

Odd waist sizes (29, 31, 33, 35) are in short supply and therefore may not be always available in your preferred leg length (inseam).
