UK

Delivery times may vary and depend on our selected postal and courier services running smoothly. On average with Royal Mail 1st class recorded services you can expect delivery of your order within 1 – 2 working days within the UK.

Courier services usually deliver on the next working day within the UK though some parts of Scotland, Cornwall and the islands have a 2 days service.

EU

We are happy to confirm that our new EU shipping option! EU orders are now being shipped from London via The Netherlands! This means that you will not be charged any import duties or VAT ever again! The new DHL shipping option is £13 (€14 approx) only and guarantees shorter shipping times and no VAT or import charges. We pay the VAT to your government. You will still have the option of picking up at a local DHL shop or storage box. Please select the “DHL (No import charges)” option for shipping. We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged VAT if you choose the Royal Mail or other shipping options.

Shipping times to mainland Europe are 3 to 6 days with the EU DHL option

We can now offer a next day delivery service to most European countries for £45 / €50 approx. Please contact us for details.

USA, Canada and Australia

New shipping charges from £25 ($34) DHL 2-4 days services.

Non EU and rest of the world

We have very convenient and fast Royal Mail services but can also shipping via DHL/UPS. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Eg: Malaysia is usually a 10 days service while Brazil can take up to 2 months with Royal Mail.

When choosing a courier for delivery we will provide you with a tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery.
All customer queries will be answered within 48 hours of receipt or, where our office is closed, the next working day.
